
Shipping Policy
Five Dogs Collectibles ships orders Worldwide. Shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout. Free shipping is avaliable to residents of the US Mainland on orders of $30.00 or more. Tariffs, customs duties, and other import chargers are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include carrier transit time. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Customers may contact us anytime for shipment assistance.

Shipping options, carriers, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
Fulfillment Locations
Orders may ship from our facility or directly from authorized U.S.-based distribution partners. We do not ship orders from overseas locations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to reshipping fees.
Delays & Carrier Issues
Five Dogs Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will assist customers in working with carriers to resolve delivery issues when possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If the issue is due to our error or a defective product, you are entitled to a full refund, including original shipping charges, or a replacement at no additional cost.
