Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will work with you to resolve any concerns.

Five Dogs Collectibles accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.


Eligible Returns (Customer-Initiated)

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • In original, unopened packaging
  • With all manufacturer seals intact
  • Return authorization must be obtained prior to shipment

Opened or used collectible items are not eligible for return, as collectibles lose value once opened.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for discretionary returns.


Defective Items or Our Error (Important)

If an item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect due to our error

You are entitled to one of the following, at your choice:

  • A replacement at no additional cost
  • A full refund including original shipping charges

Return shipping costs will also be covered by Five Dogs Collectibles in these cases.


Return Authorization Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@fivedogscollectibles.com
  2. Include your order number and description of the issue
  3. Do not ship items without authorization — unauthorized returns may be refused

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable unless defective or shipped in error:

  • Opened collectible items
  • Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked)
  • Items showing signs of use or modification
